Creatio was founded in 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal, by Chef Nicolás Martínez-Villalba. That same year, the brand made its debut with a pop-up restaurant at Ferrivario Terraço, a newly renovated bar and club terrace. The concept quickly gained traction, earning significant media attention and positioning Creatio Culinary as a name synonymous with innovation and culinary excellence.
In 2019, Julien Medioni joined as a partner, bringing his expertise in beverage management and event production. This strategic partnership expanded Creatio’s scope beyond fine dining, shifting the focus to high-end catering and large-scale event production, which soon became the company's core.
